Beginning next Monday, Spain is to lift the travel ban on travelers from the United Kingdom saying, British tourists play a major role in the Spanish economy.

Authorities in Madrid published a change in the rule, lifting the travel restrictions on the tourists from UK and Japan.

The change in law also noted that the EU has also been discussing lifting the travel ban on tourists from the UK and Japan.

Tourism plays a huge role in Spanish Economy.

More than 18 million Britons visited England in 2019, which is more than from any country.

Despite the lift of the travel restrictions the tourists returning to the UK after visiting Spain should spend 10 days in quarantine as Spain is still on the UK government's "amber list."
