US President Donald Trump on Wednesday hosts Poland's President Andrzej Duda in White House and joined the news conference together where they plan of moving troops from Germany to Poland.

As all the meeting with foreign leaders was resumed by Trump due to coronavirus pandemic, Duda became the first leader to visit White House after the pandemic.

Both of them began their news conference together in the White House Rose Garden by touting trade and defense agreements with the country. Trump again criticized Germany for not paying its promised share of the alliance's costs.

At the conference, Trump says, “'We're going to be reducing our forces in Germany. Some will be coming home and some will be going to other places, but Poland would be one of those other places.”

President Trump talks about Angela Merkel's Germany government for buying Russian energy while not paying enough into NATO. Trump used this as his explanation for why he wanted to remove U.S. troops from Germany and moving it to Poland.

Trump also told the news conference that the United States and Poland were discussing a project to construct a nuclear-powered plant in Poland.
