Inter are back in second place after victory and move to four points behind Juventus.
Former Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku broke the deadlock in the 34th minute when he headed in from Cristiano Biraghi’s cross.
While Alexis Sanchez wrapped up proceedings eight minutes to play, Lukaku added another in stoppage time with a fantastic solo effort.
Lukaku has now scored 15 away goals in the Italian top flight.
Belgium forward has 29 goals in all competitions, beating his previous season-best of 27 for Manchester United.
