Some call him a brutal dictator, while some praise him as the inspiring icon of the revolution, who changed the face of the Central American Island of Cuba, fighting against imperialism and striving for the people.

Cuban Revolutionary leader and the former president Fidel Castro, like all other communist leaders, has been a controversial figure in world history.

However, for Cubans, he shines as the inspiring leader who, along with Che Guevara, led the Cuban revolution and overthrew a brutal dictatorship led by Batista, which changed the lives of Cuban people forever and paved a path of socialism.

Cuba, a Central American island surrounded by the USA, has stood firm despite attempts to strangle and colonize the country since the ages. And much of that credit goes to the duo of Fidel and Che.

Castro led the revolution against the puppet military dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista, who used to operate under the direct command of the United States. The Cuban Revolution overthrew the murderous dictatorship, and Castro led the country.

Cuba achieved miraculous achievements despite the strangling from the United States.

The country did not only, make education and health care free for all but also brought revolutionary changes in education and health-care-sector in the country which has made it one of the best in the world.

Castro's government also made astounding achievements to provide free housing for all, also in the sectors of women's rights, and LGBTQIA+ rights.

Despite the accusations of being a brutal dictatorship, Cuba has held itself strong on its democratic values on the examples set by the duo of Fidel and Che.

Fidel's government did not only survive against American imperialist aggression but also the social imperialistic revisionist Soviet Union, which despite claiming itself to be a socialist, had adopted revisionism and was on its way to self-burial.

Castro's government's achievements did not only take the nation of Cuba forward, but they also showed a path to the other oppressed and impoverished countries of the world to make their way onto the global stage.

When South Africa was in apartheid, the government of the USA and its allies were in favor of apartheid, then Castro sent Cuban troops to South Africa to help the black people fight for their rights.

Castro's contribution has not only helped the Cubans but the people of the world. His contributions will be praised forever by the radicals and the progressive people around the globe, who strive for a better future.
