Protesting against the so-called Australia day, when the British troops landed down-under.

Indigenous people and the proletariat of the country took on the streets to demonstrate against the genocide that has been going on the country against the aborigines since the Britishers landed in the country, which they recall as the Invasion day.

The Communist Party of Australia New South Wales committee issued a statement on January 26 standing in solidarity with the aboriginal people of the country who have been and still are the victims of genocide since the invasion in 1788.

CPA made it clear through their statement that Australia was never ceded has always been and will always be the land of the aborigines.

It also denounced the glorification and the celebration of Colonization as the national day and said there can be no day of "establishment of Australia" when the people have always been there.

This year also remarks 50 years of the Tent Embassy which has been involved in its struggle against the cultural genocide against the aborigines.
