President Biden has said that his predecessor should receive no more intelligence briefing.

It is like a tradition in the US that past presidents receive intelligence briefing, which Biden believes Trump should not be getting for his erratic behavior as a president.

Joe Biden told in CBS Morning show that there are no benefits of giving Trump the intelligence briefing, in fact, he might slip the confidential information.

Former presidents can request intelligence briefings and have been traditionally allowed to receive. However, there have been no reports of President Trump requesting the briefing. Trump's reputation during his presidency suggests that he never read the summary of the highly classified information and the intelligence briefings.

He was instead orally read the briefings by the officials few times a week. Former Trump Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence Sue Gordon said about a month ago that Trump might be “unusually vulnerable” to actors with ill intent after his presidency.
